By and large, it was lovely place for sightseeing in Penn Yan, had much fun. Only 5 min walk to downtown. Good value for the area.

The street, it was too noisy.

room was a good value. we stayed here to visit oliver house museum, located 700 feet from the hotel. everything met needs.

the location was good, an easy walk to all interests. would not hesitate to return there and would recommend it to everyone. indian pines park was placed just 1 mile from the hotel. i parked at on site.

Quiet room, Emmanuel Baptist Church is nearby and there is free parking. We appreciated to have evening drinks at Keuka Restaurant, based nearby...
